Yogabellies Central Scotland has been supporting women since 2012, led by experienced teacher Siobhan, who has been running classes across the region for over two decades. Our mission is to nurture women through every stage of life – from pregnancy and postnatal recovery to beyond – with tailored yoga practices designed to strengthen the body, calm the mind, and create a supportive community.

Meet Siobhan
Siobhan has over 25 years’ experience as a yoga teacher and holistic therapist, with a background in women’s health, energy work and community wellbeing.
A proud mum of seven and lifelong animal lover, she creates calm, supportive spaces for people and pets alike through yoga, therapies and energy healing.
